I'm Adriane Kruer and I'm a psychologist who is uniquely qualified to help you through this. In my doctoral level work, I focused my research on how our early environments shape our life over the long term. I am passionate about working with people to understand the ways that the past has shaped the present and to move towards a future of their choosing.

I have extensive training in many different trauma-focused approaches and I am skilled in finding the right treatment plan for each client. My approach is calm, kind and approachable. I try to explain and use theory as part of the process so that therapy is a little less of a "mystery". I aim to create a safe, encouraging and positive space where we can be curious about your experience without judgement.
