I'm Dr. Adriane Kruer and I'm a psychologist who is uniquely qualified to help you process the past. Having a history of trauma or complex trauma can really impact one's sense of self over the long term.
Growing up in a difficult family dynamic, having multiple difficulties over time, or experiencing abuse or neglect can take a toll. I have worked for over 10 years with clients with complex trauma histories, often with co-occurring medical difficulties.
My doctoral level research focused on helping clients to manage symptoms using mind-body practices and I use this approach along with other approaches to help my clients feel better.
I know it can be difficult to manage the current day-to-day obligations when you feel overwhelmed by the past. Therapy can help you to move to a place where you feel more connected, whole and at ease.
